American Style Pancakes



  1. Separate your eggs and whisk egg whites to soft peak and set aside
  2. Mix egg yolks with milk mixture and set aside
  3. Mix the rest of dry ingredients together in separate bowl

Add your milk mixture to dry ingredients and then then gently fold egg whites in.

It is recommended that you let your mixture rest in fridge for 30 minutes before cooking off.  The longer your leave your mixture the longer all the ingredients will absorb.

On a low heat and in In a non -stick frying pan, drizzle enough oil just to coat the pan, then gently scoop a heaped ladle in the centre of pan.  Whilst this is cooking arrange chopped pieces of banana/fruit/nuts.  Once the mixture begins to form bubbles flip it over and cook few seconds more, then be the most popular person in the house.
